With an annual turnover of $750 million, PS International was acquired by Sea Board Corporation in 2016, and Scott Fields continued to contribute to the company's success during the transitional phase. Possessing extensive experience as a sales and business development executive, he established Fayrefield Foods, USA in 2018, a venture that thrives in the realm of international trading.

Born and raised in China, Tracy started her career as an English teacher in Guangxi University. In 1994, she was hired as a logistic for a Chinese Trading company. Two years later, she became a trader and has since been trading commodities. In 2001, she was first hired by PS International as an agent for sourcing products from China. After moving to the US in 2003, Tracy started working full time at PS International and developed pulses, nuts, oil seeds and dairy into China, Far East and SE Asia. In 2014, She was promoted as Vice President and managed the Dairy Sales Team for PS International. Tracy held similar position at two other trading companies afterwards. Besides Dairy, Tracy traded other commodities including canned products, food additives, pulses, nuts, sugar, oil seeds , meat and poultry.
In 2021, Tracy joined FFUSA and brought with her multi-commodity knowledge as well as her 25 plus years of commodity trading experience including 8 years of dairy management experience. While managing some key accounts in China, Far East and SE Asia, Tracy also manages the FFUSA sales team and sources US whey & whey proteins and lactose for the team. Tracy spends most of her spare time with her family. Gardening and fishing are her two main hobbies.
Carlos has over 15 years of experience in the dairy industry. He has a vast expertise in dairy and agricultural commodities, demonstrating a strong aptitude for product development and procurement. He has traded dairy food products across several South and Center American, Middle East and Asia countries. His hands-on approach, including regular visits to both suppliers and clients, exemplifies his dedication to quality control and export management.
Carlos’s role at Fayrefield Foods is pivotal for the development and growth of the company`s sales in the South and Latin American region and sourcing for the company from South America.
Ella has been trading commodities since 2002 . In 2005, Ella started trading for PS International and later another trading company. In 2022, Ella Joined Fayrefield Foods LLC. Besides Dairy, Ella also traded nuts ( both ground nuts and tree nuts ), oilseeds ( soybeans , flaxseeds and sesame seeds), Sugar , pulses ( peas, beans ).
Heather’s experience in the agricultural trade and logistics industry began in 2008. She has vast experience with U.S. exports, imports, cross trade operations, documentation, and customer service, that spans a multitude of products including dairy products, proteins, ground nuts, soybeans, rice, and sugar. Her passion has always been the Dairy Trade Industry, where she has shipped goods all over the world, both dry and refrigerated. Heather’s role at Fayrefield Foods includes cultivating strategic relationships with shipping and freight partners who are vital to the success of our company’s logistics operations. Heather has a BS from the United States Military Academy (’00) in International Relations, and proudly served in the U.S. military as a Transportation Officer.
